Job summary

2MRW Group is seeking a risk management practitioner passionate about delivering certainty and confidence to clients on energy and transport infrastructure projects. You will provide PRM advice, manage commissions, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with project teams to strengthen risk governance and delivery.

You will lead risk quantification efforts, chair risk workshops, and drive service improvements, with a focus on practical, value-driven risk management across life cycles.

Qualifications

• Familiar with risk quantification and embedding governance frameworks and cost-effective risk response planning.
• Experience contributing to different project lifecycle stages.
• Awareness of risk management innovations, including AI-related developments.
• Team leadership and a background in project management.
• Business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide PRM advice to internal and external clients across market sectors and lifecycle stages, run risk workshops, assess risk qualitatively and semi-quantitatively, and report on risk exposure and response plans.
• Manage PRM commissions with minimal supervision from the PRM team leader.
• Mentor junior risk consultants.
• Review and improve PRM service offerings by monitoring developments in the marketplace and applying lessons learned.
• Collaborate with internal project teams to provide PRM support.
