Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Risk Manager to join the Project Controls team on a major UK infrastructure project. You will lead risk workshops, develop quantitative risk analyses for cost and schedule, and support project updates.

You will produce risk dashboards, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and senior management, and contribute to improving risk processes. A background in infrastructure, energy, or engineering projects and professional risk/project management

Qualifications

• Proven experience in risk management within large-scale, complex projects.
• Extensive expertise in Cost and Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Familiarity with SAP and project management disciplines.

The Role

As Risk Manager within the Project Controls team, you will support the delivery of risk management strategies for a major infrastructure project. Your primary responsibilities include facilitating risk workshops, developing quantitative risk analyses for cost and schedule, supporting project updates, producing insightful risk dashboards, and contributing to ongoing improvements in risk processes. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure effective risk mitigation and performance tracking.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

• Proven experience in risk management within large-scale, complex projects, preferably within infrastructure, energy, or engineering domains.
• Extensive expertise in Cost and Schedule Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA).
• Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams with excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of project controls, project management disciplines, and familiarity with SAP is highly desirable.
