Responsibilities

• Supervise compliance analysts undertaking conflicts checks and due diligence.
• Triage and allocate incoming work including conflicts requests and new client inception.
• Provide clear advice on CDD, KYC, AML, sanctions and business acceptance.
• Interpret legislation and internal policies to support risk-based decisions.
• Build stakeholder relationships and promote a positive compliance culture.
• Develop management reporting and information for senior management.
