Dow Jones is seeking a Risk & Compliance Partners Manager to grow and strengthen our partner ecosystem across the Risk & Compliance business. You will manage a portfolio of channel and integration partners, deepening strategic relationships and drive commercial growth through coordinated go-to-market execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management, channel management, business development, account management or strategic alliances.
• Experience in risk, compliance, financial crime, regulatory technology, data, SaaS, or B2B information services.
• Proven track record in growing partner-led revenue and managing strategic external relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to shape business cases and deal structures.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills across internal and external groups.
• Strong organizational skills with experience coordinating multiple partners and initiatives.
• Comfort working in global, matrixed organizations with accountability.
• Ability to analyse partner performance and translate insights into action plans.
• Proficiency with CRM and pipeline-management tools (e.g., Salesforce) and standard reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of Risk & Compliance partners and oversee engagement health and growth plans.
• Build and execute partner business plans to expand revenue and market reach.
• Identify strategic channel opportunities aligned with product and customer growth.
• Lead business reviews and track performance against goals, driving follow-through on actions.
• Coordinate joint GTM initiatives with internal teams and partner organizations.
• Support new opportunities, renewals, expansions, and complex partner-led deals with Sales teams.
• Evaluate prospective partners for strategic fit and assist onboarding with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Govern partnership frameworks, engagement models, and reporting expectations.
• Develop knowledge of each partner's business model, segments, product strengths, and geography.
• Surface partner insights to inform roadmap priorities and packaging opportunities.
• Maintain accurate partner records, visibility, and reporting across systems.
