Job summary

ClearBank is seeking a Senior Reward Analyst to join the People Team in London. You will be the analytical engine of the Reward function, turning complex data into accurate insights that guide fair, commercially sound decisions across compensation, incentives and equity.

You will own data integrity, deliver high-quality analysis and dashboards, and support annual and mid-year reviews with market benchmarking, governance, and collaboration with Finance, Payroll and HR partners.

Qualifications

• Strong reward data analysis experience in finance or fintech.
• Advanced Excel with data modelling and validation.
• Experience with reward benchmarking and pay analysis.
• Ability to deliver concise reports and insights for senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of data governance, audit trails and data quality.

Responsibilities

• Own reward data integrity across compensation, incentives and equity.
• Produce dashboards and models translating data into insights.
• Lead data analysis for annual and mid-year reward reviews.
• Perform market benchmarking and job matching with external data.
• Support governance reporting and disclosures for internal/external audiences.
• Collaborate with People, Finance, Payroll and stakeholders.
• Drive automation in reward reporting, embedding Dayforce module.
