Job summary

Debenhams Group is seeking a Reward and Benefits Partner to manage benefits, pensions, pay and recognition processes for our people in Manchester. You will maintain records, run routine processing, and provide first-line guidance to employees and managers, helping shape an engaging, fair reward framework.

You'll work with HR, payroll and providers, prepare reports, support enrolment cycles and respond to benefits queries, driving improvements to the employee offer and take-up of benefits through

• Experience administering benefits, pensions and pay.
• Strong data interpretation and reporting ability.
• Experience coordinating with payroll, providers and HR teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Process benefits, pensions, pay and recognition activities.
• Maintain HR, payroll and provider records.
• Prepare files, reconcile memberships and payroll deductions.
• Support enrolment and renewal cycles with data validation and reporting.
• Respond to routine benefits queries and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with local teams to administer benefits and identify improvements.
• Support engagement activities to improve benefits take-up.
