Job summary
Twinkl in Sheffield seeks an experienced Reward and Benefits Manager to shape how we reward our people, balancing market competitiveness with fairness and affordability for UK, US and beyond. You’ll present to the executive team and lead pay reviews, salary structures and benefits programs.
You’ll work with the Head of HR and People Team to translate data into practical decisions, communicating clearly and guiding managers on pay and rewards across the business.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in pay structures, salary bands and bonus schemes.
- Experience delivering annual pay reviews with cross-functional coordination.
- Strong ability to translate data into practical reward recommendations.
- Knowledge of UK tax, employment law and benefits administration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain pay structures, salary bands and bonus schemes that align with business goals.
- Lead the annual pay review from planning through implementation with colleagues from People and Finance.
- Manage full benefits lifecycle, including provider relationships, communications and renewals.
- Analyse salary data and market trends to benchmark and justify recommendations to executives.
- Ensure reward policies meet local legal, tax and employment requirements.
- Present reward insights to executive leaders and tailor detail to the audience.
- Act as main contact for reward questions and communicate the value of the offer to colleagues.
