Qualifications

• Degree with a recognised professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent).
• At least five years' relevant experience in financial controlling, commercial finance or FP&A.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, financial controlling and reporting principles.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Power BI or similar reporting/visualisation experience.
• Proven finance business partnering experience.
• Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management.
• Proactive, analytical and solution-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Revenue management: ensure accurate reporting, control and analysis of revenue, cost of sales and profitability.
• Financial planning and forecasting: lead revenue, margin and profitability planning across budget, forecast and latest estimate cycles.
• Performance analysis and reporting: analyse performance and provide insights to support decisions.
• Financial control and governance: maintain controls and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Business partnering and leadership: build relationships across functions and lead teams.
• Continuous improvement and strategic support: drive automation and new reporting solutions.
