Job summary

PwC’s Restructuring & Insolvency Team in the UK is seeking a Manager to lead delivery on advisory and executory restructuring projects for corporates, banks, funds and sponsors. You will manage small teams, drive financial analysis, and produce client reports and presentations.

You will actively engage in business development and networking, while leveraging GenAI and digital tools to enhance outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• ACA/CA/ACCA qualification (or global equivalent).
• Strong financial analysis and report-writing skills.
• Experience leading small teams on projects.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Interest in business development and marketing within restructuring.
• Experience in finance consultancy or advisory is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead small project teams with senior support on restructuring initiatives.
• Perform critical financial analysis and scenario planning.
• Create reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Support business development and client networking.
• Stay informed on GenAI tools and implement where appropriate.
• Communicate effectively across junior and senior team members.
• Foster continuous learning and coaching within the team.
