Devon and Cornwall Police is seeking proactive and highly organised individuals to join the Resource and Incident Management team in Plymouth or Exeter. The role supports frontline policing by coordinating resources, monitoring demand and managing incident responses with a focus on accuracy and effective decision-making.

You will be part of a supportive team, receive comprehensive training, and contribute to keeping communities safe.

• Deploy police officers to routine and emergency incidents.

• Assist with taking 999 calls and calls from partner agencies.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with potentially distressing situations.
• Accurately record information while multitasking.
