Job summary

Camlin Energy is seeking a strategic Regional Marketing Manager for APAC and the Middle East. You will lead marketing activity across diverse geographies, partnering with regional commercial teams to grow pipeline and strengthen customer engagement.

This involves developing regional growth programmes, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns aligned with global brand strategy. The role requires 5+ years in B2B marketing, strong writing, and a track record of managing programmes across multiple

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong content writing skills for technical products.
• Experience managing marketing programmes across multiple countries/regions.
• Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM and customer engagement.
• Proven ability to work with sales teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience delivering regional events and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Experience in energy, power systems, utilities, infrastructure or industrial technology sectors.
• Knowledge of APAC and Middle East energy markets.
• Additional regional language capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional growth programmes for APAC and Middle East.
• Create country/segment marketing plans aligned to growth objectives.
• Collaborate with regional commercial teams to maximise ROI.
• Lead demand generation and pipeline growth across channels.
• Organise industry events, conferences and executive roundtables.
• Partner with global marketing, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment.
