Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing.
• Strong content writing skills to translate technical info into copy.
• Experience managing marketing programmes across multiple countries.
• Understanding of demand generation and ABM.
• Proven ability to work with sales teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Experience delivering regional events and integrated campaigns.
• Experience in energy, power/utilities/industrial tech sectors.
• Knowledge of APAC and Middle East energy markets.
• Ability to work across diverse cultures.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing plans aligned to APAC and Middle East growth objectives.
• Identify priority countries, customer segments and market opportunities.
• Deliver local marketing programmes while maintaining alignment with global brand and marketing strategy.
• Develop regional-specific messaging frameworks to drive outputs.
• Support growth of high-value utility, transmission and infrastructure customers.
• Work alongside regional sales teams to create customer-specific engagement plans.
• Deliver multi-channel campaigns focused on qualified lead generation and opportunity progression.
• Lead regional participation in major industry conferences and exhibitions.
• Develop executive engagement opportunities and customer roundtables.
• Partner with sales, product management, engineering and global marketing teams.
