Job summary

Sefton Council is seeking a housing growth and regeneration professional to manage housing growth and housing-led regeneration programmes, with responsibility for ensuring housing needs are met through housing developed by Registered Social Landlords operating in the borough.

You will liaise with external agencies such as the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and Homes England to progress projects and secure funding, and you will work as part of a team while prioritising a dynamic

Qualifications

• Experience of housing development at scale in a local government or housing association setting.
• Ability to prioritise workload and work within a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong liaison with external agencies and partners.

Responsibilities

• Engage with partners to discuss development programmes and align with housing needs.
• Monitor housing delivery and future pipeline with planning colleagues.
• Collaborate with Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, Homes England, Registered Providers and Local Authorities to progress projects.
• Support delivery of housing growth priorities through various delivery models.
