Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with two years recruitment experience?
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating with multiple offices.
• Familiarity with CRM philosophy and recruitment technologies.
• Knowledge of Slate or similar recruitment/CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements and manages annual recruitment and enrollment plans for the School.
• Oversees recruitment budgets and coordinates with Chairs, Directors and teams.
• Creates annual recruitment marketing and communications plans for outreach to prospective students.
• Leads regional, national and international enrollment strategies and measures.
• Coordinates recruitment travel, events and partnerships to generate leads.
• Collaborates with central offices to ensure data-informed decisions and reporting.
