Qualifications

• Experience leading radiotherapy services and workforce planning.
• Strong governance, strategic development and stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of NHS cancer standards and national cancer plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, professional and operational leadership for radiotherapy services across RBFT.
• Oversee workforce planning, governance and service transformation.
• Lead operational management across RBH and Bracknell Healthspace sites.
• Develop future strategic and operational plans aligning with national standards.
• Direct education, training, research and quality management within the department.
