Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying and relevant commercial construction knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication to draft clear reports.
• Experience with cost control, tenders, and procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing client requirements and conduct feasibility studies.
• Prepare and analyse project costings for tenders including materials and labour.
• Prepare tender documents and bills of quantities with architects/clients.
• Negotiate contracts and schedules; allocate work to subcontractors.
• Oversee subcontractors and monitor works on site.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control during construction.
• Advise on procurement strategy and commercial risks.
• Write progress reports and value completed work for payments.
