4M Recruitment Limited is recruiting a Procurement Business Partner on a permanent basis to provide expert procurement support to public sector customers, acting as an extension to their Procurement Team.

The ideal candidate will have strong procurement experience, be comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders, and will manage multiple client relationships and complex procurement projects. A hybrid pattern is expected with some client meetings in the South of England.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, commercial management or category management.
• Experience working with public sector organisations.
• Strong ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects.

Responsabilités

• Act as a trusted partner and procurement advisor.
• Build relationships with clients and offer strategic procurement advice.
• Develop forward procurement pipelines and identify opportunities.
• Lead and support complex procurement projects, tenders or competitions.
• Handle client reviews and pipeline planning sessions.
• Collaborate with Operational Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Legal and Finance.
