Informed Recruitment is partnering with a Social Enterprise undertaking an exciting expansion and seeking a Strategic Procurement Manager to lead procurement activities in the public sector. You will be responsible for planning, managing and delivering compliant procurement, including framework agreements, long-term contracts and call-off arrangements.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of public procurement regulations, oversee documentation and ensure procurement transparency and timely delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for the organisation, focusing on planning, management, administration and delivery of compliant procurement.
• Develop and manage framework agreements, long-term contracts and call-off agreements.
• Oversee digital purchasing systems, public procurements, and ensure procurement transparency in line with regulations.
