Job summary

Informed Recruitment is partnering with a Social Enterprise in Birmingham to recruit a Senior Procurement Manager. The role leads procurement activities, frameworks, contracts and public procurements, ensuring compliant delivery, best practice and transparent processes.

You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of PA23 and related regulations, manage e-procurement portals, and collaborate with stakeholders to create value in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work applies.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in procurement and major contracts.
• Solid knowledge of public sector procurement regulations (PA23, Public Contracts Regulations 2015).
• Experience with procurement frameworks and e-procurement portals.
• Ability to build relationships and drive action in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in cost management and value creation.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, management and delivery of compliant procurement.
• Oversee framework agreements, long-term contracts and call-off procurement.
• Ensure procurement processes align with public procurement regulations and maintain documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and transparency across procurements.
