In this role, you will support Business Development Prospecting efforts to foster the growth of new business and partnerships. You will contribute to the growth strategy for Syneos Health Field Deployment Services, including Medical & Commercial Solutions.

Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain key target information for companies/brands and customers to support targeting execution plans that consider new asset approvals/denials, clinical trial statuses, shifts in decision makers, and new partnership opportunities.
  2. Conduct prospecting activities (e.g., email, phone, online platforms like TEAMS, LinkedIn, Salesforce.com, and conference outreach) to identify potential customers in the pharmaceutical & healthcare industry, gaining insights into their needs and strategies, and supporting new business activities.
  3. Collaborate with the European Business Development team to implement targeted marketing and sales strategies to attract new customers and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to active accounts.
  4. Work with Medical & Commercial Business Development Stakeholders and Business Units to maintain updated relationship maps and engagement statuses.
  5. Require experience in Business Development or related Sales/Prospecting roles within the Pharma & Healthcare industry, with a preference for virtual/inside healthcare sales experience.
  6. Possess experience in B2B sales roles.
  7. Have strong technical knowledge of CRM and prospecting software (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn).
  8. Demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  9. Be willing to travel up to 10% for meetings, conferences, and client visits.
  10. Be fluent in business English and at least one other language, both verbal and written.
