Qualifications

• Experience writing persuasive RFPs and proposals.
• Business-level English, both written and oral.
• Advanced document and presentation tools (Google Workspace preferred).
• Experience with content library platforms.
• Strong oral communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience in recruitment industry is a plus.
• Creating and formatting graphical content and presentations.
• Ability to work toward tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of proposals, including writing, editing, and reviewing content.
• Analyze and interpret RFP/RFI requirements to guarantee compliance with client specifications.
• Create structured proposal outlines and templates, managing all document workflows efficiently.
• Collaborate with SMEs to collect technical data and content for proposals.
• Develop and manage proposal schedules, setting milestones and ensuring timely submission.
• Tailor proposals to emphasize the company’s strengths and align with client needs.
• Review and format content to ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Implement quality control measures to meet organizational and client standards.
• Facilitate effective communication among departments (sales, marketing, legal, finance).
• Provide the business development team with insights on proposal progress and areas for improvement.
• Collect feedback on proposals to identify strengths and areas for enhancement.
• Conduct market and competitor research to refine proposal strategies.
