Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Property Services Lead for Pub Partners to shape the property investment, repairs and maintenance strategy across our leased, tenanted and franchise pub estate. You will lead a team of surveyors, manage significant capital budgets and collaborate with divisional leadership on delivery and performance.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong commercial acumen, stakeholder management and extensive property expertise, with a focus on asset optimisation, compliance

Qualifications

• Proven leadership and delivery of capital investment programmes.
• Experience in property/estate management within retail/hospitality.
• Strong commercial awareness and financial controls.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and manage multi-site estates.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of Pub Partners capital investment and repairs & maintenance programmes on time and on budget.
• Collaborate with divisional leadership, finance and property teams to run an investment, repair and optimisation pipeline.
• Oversee capital expenditure and maintenance budgets with robust financial controls.
• Lead, coach and develop Regional Surveyors and Apprentice Building Surveyors.
• Ensure compliance with Pubs Code and company policies.
• Build relationships with operational, finance, estates and executive teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in property investment and construction.
• Represent Property at divisional executive level with reporting and strategic input.
• Work with external partners to ensure value for money and service levels.
• Keep aware of industry trends and developments in property and asset management.
