Job summary

Greene King is seeking a Project Manager in our Property team to lead development and refurbishment across our pub estate. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to high standards, creating outstanding customer experiences while maximising value for the business.

You’ll collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders, drive value through cost control and value engineering, and champion brand design standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Deliver multiple property projects within budgets and design briefs.
• Collaborate with operations and senior stakeholders to ensure delivery.
• Challenge design and construction costs to drive value and maximise financial returns.
• Support value engineering activity to improve quality, efficiency and cost outcomes.
• Champion brand design standards and ensure they are consistently applied and evolved.
• Establish and promote best practice procedures across design, build and delivery processes.
• Maintain awareness of industry trends, innovation and best practice within construction and development.
• Ensure all projects comply with company policies and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to achieving financial, customer and operational excellence objectives across the estate.
