Willis Re in London is seeking an experienced Property Reinsurance Pricing Actuary to join the Analytics team. You will lead pricing and portfolio analytics across Property Risk XL, Catastrophe XL, Retrocession and ILW, working closely with brokers, clients and colleagues to deliver pricing insights and drive client strategy.

You will develop pricing tools and methodologies, apply catastrophe modelling techniques, and support the design of reinsurance programmes.

Qualifications

• Strong reinsurance pricing experience
• Deep expertise in Property Risk XL and Catastrophe XL
• Strong understanding of catastrophe modelling and portfolio analytics
• Experience supporting treaty reinsurance programme design and pricing
• Ability to develop analytical tools, methodologies or pricing frameworks
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders

Responsabilités

• Lead pricing and portfolio analytics for Property Risk XL, Catastrophe XL, Retrocession and ILW business.
• Apply catastrophe modelling techniques to assess risk and pricing adequacy.
• Evaluate treaty structures including attachments, limits, reinstatements, hours clauses and aggregate features.
• Provide insight on model output, model uncertainty and non-modelled exposures.
• Develop and enhance pricing tools, methodologies and analytical capabilities.
• Contribute to thought leadership and support junior colleagues.
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve analytics and workflow efficiency.
