Screwfix is evolving its estate and seeks a Programme Manager to lead strategic Property programmes, from store openings to refits and estate optimisation, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver milestones and drive commercial success.

You will influence key decisions, manage governance and reporting, and build trusted relationships with stakeholders while balancing customer impact with cost and timelines in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex property programmes or projects in a fast-paced commercial environment.
• Strong governance, planning and risk management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, including senior leaders.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to inform commercial decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reports and Board papers.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple property programmes from initiation through to delivery.
• Develop and maintain integrated programme plans with milestones and dependencies.
• Drive delivery while managing scope, priorities and competing demands.
• Maintain governance and prepare Board papers and executive updates.
