Screwfix Direct Ltd. is looking for a Programme Manager to lead strategic property programmes across the business, including new store openings, refits and estate optimisation. The role offers hybrid working with up to 2 days at home, flexible start/end times, and a strong focus on delivering visible impact within a leading UK retailer's estate strategy.
