The Strategic Projects Manager (Education) position is an exciting role within the Florence Nightingale Faculty of Nursing, Midwifery and Palliative Care (NMPC), King’s College London. The postholder will be responsible for the management, implementation and delivery of strategic&process improvement projects in support of our Education strategy, with a focus on our undergraduate/postgraduate pre-registration nursing and midwifery students, alongside our postgraduate post-qualification education.
This post would suit somebody who has experience of managing strategic projects within Higher Education and / or has experience of managing education focused projects in a programme or project management capacity. The postholder will have a strong commitment to excellence in working with a diverse student population, excellent communication skills, will be a good listener who works well with people from different disciplines, and someone with a passion for bringing people together to create positive change. Working at a fast pace, you will have the ability to work independently with effective oversight and prioritisation and have excellent attention to detail. This role suits a self-starter who can take ownership of project delivery and has the ability to see the "bigger picture" and how the various projects will interconnect and influence each other to achieve the Faculty’s aim of supporting every student’s success.
This role sits within the Nightingale Student HUB providing strategic support to the Faculty’s leadership and will report to the Associate Director of Education, working closely with the Vice Dean (Education). This is a full time (35 hours per week), and you will be offered an indefinite contract.

£53,947 to £63,350 per annum inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
