Job summary

King’s College London is recruiting a Strategic Projects Manager (Education) to lead strategic and process-improvement initiatives in support of the Education strategy for nursing and allied education. The role sits in the Nightingale Student HUB and reports to the Associate Director of Education, offering a full-time, indefinite contract with hybrid working (minimum 2 days on campus).

You will work across undergraduate/postgraduate education and engage diverse stakeholders, driving

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Delivered successful implementation and/or transformation projects of commensurate scale.
• Wide experience drawing on programme/project toolkit to bring structure and control to projects.
• Strong analysis and organisational skills.
• Understanding of Continuous Improvement and process improvement methodology.
• Understanding of whole system change and operating model design and development.
• Excellent written, PowerPoint and verbal communication skills.
• Adept at engaging with sponsors and stakeholders, including senior colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Manage, implement and deliver strategic and process-improvement projects to support Education strategy.
• Work with the Nightingale Student HUB and Faculty leadership to drive outcomes.
• Engage with sponsors and stakeholders at all levels to align objectives.
• Ensure projects interconnect and contribute to student success across programmes.
• Provide independent oversight, prioritisation and attention to detail.
