Within the European Supply Chain / Projects function, you will turn strategic proposals into executable plans, maintaining clarity and stakeholder alignment throughout delivery. The role emphasizes influence without authority and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in supply chain, operations, manufacturing or transformation.
• Strong planning, risk and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience delivering systems, process or automation projects.
• Able to simplify complex information and communicate clearly.
• Confident, proactive and solutions-focused.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and supply chain projects from concept to completion.
• Build clear project plans, milestones and governance.
• Manage systems, process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Maintain RAID logs, reporting and stakeholder updates.
• Identify risks, issues and mitigation plans early.
• Influence across functions and locations.
• Coordinate implementation, handover and benefit tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement using a Plan-Do-Review mindset.
