Job summary

Phoenix51 in Hailsham is seeking a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across operations, supply chain, systems and automation. You will create structure around change, drive delivery, and ensure projects land successfully across the business.

The role sits in the European Supply Chain / Projects function and focuses on turning strategic proposals into executable plans with lasting impact. You will influence stakeholders and keep delivery on track across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Formal PM qualification desirable but not essential.
• Experience leading projects across operations, supply chain or transformation.

A growing organisation is undergoing major transformation and looking for a Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects across operations, supply chain, systems and automation. You’ll create structure around change, drive delivery, and ensure projects land successfully across the business.

This role sits within the European Supply Chain / Projects function and plays a key part in turning strategic proposals into executable plans, creating structure around change, and ensuring projects deliver practical, long-lasting outcomes.

You’ll work across multiple functions, locations and levels, influencing without relying on authority, driving clarity, and keeping stakeholders aligned throughout delivery.

The Role

• Lead operational and supply chain projects from concept to completion
