Job summary

Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead – Neighbourhood Health to shape the neighbourhood health strategy and guide scalable change across the Integrated Urgent & Emergency Care portfolio and beyond.

You will work with senior stakeholders, using data and evidence to drive decisions, and lead design, testing and scale-up of new models of care while addressing operational, cultural and financial barriers.

Qualifications

• Educated to First Degree Level or equivalent.
• Educated to Masters level or equivalent level of experience at a senior level in specialist areas.
• Evidence of CPD.

Responsibilities

• Have overall responsibility for developing and managing the operational implementation of strategic projects, including the model and implementation plan.
• Identify and diagnose strategically relevant issues and opportunities, generating solutions and iterating with stakeholders.
• Work with Divisional Directors, Finance, Workforce and external partners to plan delivery of strategies and major projects.
