Qualifications

• Strategic procurement experience.

• Experience in drafting sub-contract agreements.
• Effective stakeholder management at all levels.
• Excellent communication and collaborative mindset.
• MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) proficient.
• Rail or construction industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defining robust procurement strategies aligned to bid and project scope.
• Drive procurement through implementation phase.
• Negotiate and draft sub-contract agreements ensuring back-to-back supplier requirements.
• Involve Procurement early for bids and tenders with stakeholders.
• Implement robust procurement processes and controls on projects.
• Identify supply chain risks and document due diligence.
