Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project plans and schedules, ensuring activities are defined, monitored, and controlled.
• Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans with project teams.
• Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders including senior management.
• Ensure deadlines and milestones are met and projects stay within budget.
• Provide guidance to project teams to follow company policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities and update plans as required.
