Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Membership of a relevant professional body, or actively working towards achieving this.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities and track progress.
• Prepare weekly and monthly dashboard reports and metrics.
• Document actions, minutes of meetings and ensure follow-up.
• Support governance and assurance reporting with Programme Lead/PMO Lead.
• Monitor security requirements and compliance with processes.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to keep projects on track.
• Maintain resource trackers and induction materials as needed.
