Job summary

Carl Zeiss Vision UK is looking for a driven and ambitious Project Manager / Change professional to play a key role in delivering our UK & Ireland growth strategy as part of #Agenda30 and beyond. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help shape the local change agenda, leading a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives that support our continued growth.

This role requires a degree (or equivalent), end-to-end project delivery experience, and strong knowledge of Wrike, MS Project

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (or equivalent).
• End-to-end project delivery experience including planning, estimation, requirements gathering and PID creation.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Wrike, MS Project, Excel) and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional project management certification (APM).

Responsibilities

• Delivering a portfolio of projects and business change initiatives across the UK&I business.
• Defining project scope, deliverables, and success measures.
• Building and managing detailed project plans, adapting as priorities evolve.
• Coordinating resources, assigning tasks, and managing stakeholders.
• Monitoring project performance to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Managing risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies (RAID).
• Providing clear project updates and reports to senior stakeholders and steering groups.
• Supporting enterprise risk management and continuous improvement in project practices.
