IMI is seeking a Project Manager for UK & Germany to lead cross-functional development projects in the heating and cooling sector. You will drive initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and closing phases, ensuring quality and timely delivery while aligning with company procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and risk management skills, with fluency in English and German. Travel may be required to meet project requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechanical, electronic, or automation engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum is a plus; proven NPD project management experience is preferred.
• Experience with electronics HW/SW development is advantageous.
• PMP or similar certification is highly desirable.
• Excellent English and German skills, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Lead the cross-functional project team, define execution approach and allocate resources.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and budgets.
• Monitor progress, ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Identify, quantify and manage project risks with appropriate responses.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members as needed.
• Conduct quality reviews and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain stakeholder communication including senior management, clients and team.
• Prepare status reports and deliver presentations on risks and outcomes.
• Ensure project documentation complies with IMI processes and regulatory requirements.
