KONE is seeking a Project Manager to join the Clapham, London team. You will manage the scope, schedule, and budget, interfacing with stakeholders and ensuring delivery using KONE methodologies.

The role focuses on customer satisfaction and profitability, requiring proactive communication, planning, and coordination to meet objectives within the agreed timetable. Excellent English is required.

Qualifications

• Project management background.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Experience with project financial management and cost control.
• General contractual understanding.
• Understanding of end-to-end delivery processes.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, standards, norms, and other requirements.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure professional stakeholder management.
• Manage customer communications throughout the project.
• Plan and coordinate project activities to meet scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders and teams.
• Monitor project delivery and governance.
• Handle start-up, reviews, reporting and governance processes.
• Communicate project status to KONE management and customer.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and plan contingencies.
• Drive handovers to Sales, Operations, Customer and Maintenance.
