Job summary
Catering is seeking a Project Manager to own delivery and drive business change across our health and fitness platform and supporting product range in Gateshead. You will oversee systemic implementations, process re-engineering and efficiency programmes reporting to the Head of Projects and Continuous Improvement.
You will coordinate with Member Experience, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance to meet time, budget and quality targets while embedding a scalable PM framework and driving
Qualifications
- Hands-on delivery of multiple projects across functions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Take control of ongoing projects, bring others back on track and drive new priority projects forward.
- Work with cross-functional teams across Member Experience, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance.
- Adhere to time, budget and quality targets.
- Lead business change processes, people and ways of working.
- Design and embed a robust business-wide project management framework.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement across operational processes.
