Job summary

Fortress Interlocks, Wolverhampton, is seeking a Project Manager to join Fortress Safety for a 14‑month maternity cover. You will lead a portfolio of strategic projects, applying structured planning and strong stakeholder engagement to deliver on time, in scope and on budget.

This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and proximity to WV4 6FB. You will coordinate across the business and with distributors and customers to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience in engineering, manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong strategic thinking; ability to align projects with wider business objectives.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making under time pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver multiple projects, defining scope, goals and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Shape project direction and align initiatives with PMO strategy.
• Manage resources, risks and timelines; ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery.
