Job summary

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Director in UK Infrastructure, based in Nottingham with UK-wide mobility. You will lead complex programme delivery, grow key client relationships and drive strategic initiatives across rail, aviation, utilities and highways.

The role requires leading major programmes, bidding and client engagement, with strong NEC3/4 contract knowledge and a proven ability to lead diverse teams and shape growth.

Qualifications

• Leader of diverse teams across rail, aviation, utilities, power, highways, and local authorities.
• Experience in project management with capital programme delivery.
• Experience leading Major Programmes and Projects.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Knowledge of NEC3/4 contracts.
• Proven business development, bidding and client engagement.
• Ability to grow client relationships at all levels.
• Desirable procurement, asset management or advisory experience.
• Experience serving on client/internal boards and delivering growth strategies.
