Job summary

NBCUniversal is seeking a Project Director - Rail, Roadways and Resort Development for the UK resort program. The role leads a multi-disciplinary team to plan, design, construct and commission infrastructure and resort developments across the ERC, ensuring alignment with budget, schedule, quality and guest experience objectives.

You will coordinate with UD X leadership and internal stakeholders, manage safety, site logistics, and procurement, and drive risk management while delivering on-time,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications in Engineering, Construction, Management or a related field is required.
• Experience of construction project management, in project management, engineering, construction or commercial facilities industry.
• Experience in the delivery of infrastructure construction projects design and construction phases.

Responsibilities

• Direct project strategy, planning, commercial management, stakeholder coordination, design integration, construction execution, and commissioning activities.
• Minimise project risks, claims, disputes, change orders, and interface disruptions while maintaining strong control of schedule, budget, quality, and field operations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective document control throughout the ERC project.
• Maintain project safety and compliance with Environment Health & Safety (EHS) standards.
• Provide leadership and personal development guidance to all direct reports to support growth within UDX and project teams.
