• Experience delivering infrastructure construction projects.
• Knowledge of delivery methods for enabling infrastructure (roadways, rail).
• Experience with statutory bodies and licensing requirements helpful.
• Ability to interpret design and construction drawings.
• Strong governance: scheduling, budgeting, risk management, reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; hands-on field leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of road, rail, and bridge projects with CDM compliance.
• Coordinate with local authorities, regulators, and contractors to align interfaces.
• Oversee project governance, design reviews, submittals, and payment applications.
• Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and opportunities to meet targets.
• Maintain documentation and reporting to upper management throughout the project.
• Uphold EHS responsibilities per Universal policy and procedures.
