East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) in Chesterfield offers a permanent Project Coordinator – Visitor Economy role with hybrid working. You will coordinate programmes, monitor funded projects and ensure compliance while maximising outcomes across the East Midlands.

Reporting to the Head of Visitor Economy within Strategy and Inclusive Growth, you will develop plans, manage risks and provide performance data to support decision-making and regional development goals.

Qualificações

• Experience of facilitating the delivery and monitoring of funded programmes.
• Significant experience supporting projects through the full project lifecycle.
• Strong project management and planning skills, with knowledge of PRINCE2, Agile, LEAN+ or similar approaches.
• Excellent analytical and financial skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing reports and presenting information to a range of audiences.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate and build productive working relationships.
• Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
• Educated to degree level or able to demonstrate equivalent experience in a relevant transferable role.
• Desirable: Knowledge or understanding of the visitor economy sector or a similar environment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the delivery of projects and workstreams within the Visitor Economy Framework.
• Provide contract management and performance monitoring to ensure funding compliance.
• Plan and deliver projects to quality, budget, performance and timescales with minimal supervision.
• Develop and maintain project plans using recognised project management methodologies.
• Prepare committee and governance reports and coordinate actions arising from them.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose corrective actions.
• Collate and interpret information from project leads and stakeholders to produce management information and reports.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners and stakeholders to support collaboration and delivery.
