Job summary

Omega 365 Consulting is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to lead cost control, planning, reporting, and change management for complex oil and gas projects. You will coordinate with the PDE team and client representatives to ensure adherence to plans and procedures.

The role requires extensive experience in project controls, strong English communication, and the ability to work across international teams and sites.

Qualifications

• Technical or financial education required.
• Minimum 10 years' experience as Project Control Manager.
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in project control.
• Strong analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage changes and variations in line with procedures.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate project activities and milestones.
• Control costs, invoicing, and budget performance vs. plan.
• Prepare project reports and support Earned Value measurements.
• Maintain and coordinate WBS/CBS structures and interfaces with stakeholders.
