Job summary

FCDO Services in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Control Officer to ensure projects stay compliant and financially on track. You’ll work closely with Project Managers and teams, maintaining accurate records, producing minutes, and supporting financial reporting to customers.

You'll manage requisitions and purchase orders from raising to closure, and provide clear management information to aid decision-making while upholding high standards across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in project assurance, quality control and risk management.
• Strong attention to detail with project financial data and procedures.
• Able to communicate clearly with stakeholders and manage information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure financial processes are followed and reporting to customers.
• Maintain accurate project records and minutes for formal reviews.
• Manage requisitions and purchase orders from raising through to receipting and closure.
• Provide management information to support decision-making across projects.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and finance teams to resolve queries.
