Job summary

Airpersonnel in the United Kingdom seeks a Finance Controller to support project reporting and contract management across multiple programmes. You will validate offers, maintain WBS structures and ensure financial integrity before customer submission.

You will also assist with operating plans, forecasts, month-end close, and audits, applying risk management and strong accounting knowledge to deliver precise financial data and timely insights for delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial controlling or project reporting.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Senior Management to validate financial integrity of offers before sending to customer.
• Develop work breakdown structures to generate project plans, work packages and schedules.
• Assist in operating plans and forecast updates to the annual budget and report deviations.
• Ensure accurate finance data; monitor labour and subcontractor costs and hours bookings.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting; contribute to audits and regulatory submissions.
• Take advisory role on programme finance and respond to ad hoc financial requests.
