Job summary

Google London, UK is seeking a Program Manager for Strategy and Operations within Google Arts and Culture. You will lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary projects from plan to delivery, coordinating schedules, risks, and stakeholder updates.

The role bridges GAC leadership, product teams, and external cultural partners, translating strategy into actionable plans, tracking metrics, and driving operational excellence across offices and time zones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program management, business operations, or strategy and operations, with ownership of end-to-end program lifecycles.
• Experience managing program budgets, forecasting, tracking burn rates, and agreement milestones.
• Experience defining, tracking, and reporting operational and performance metrics (OKRs/KPIs) for executive leadership.
• Experience driving cross-functional alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic planning rhythms for GAC, including development, reviewing, and tracking goals across the organization; oversee budget planning, allocation, and tracking.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Content, Marketing) to align strategic priorities and unblock execution.
• Act as an operational contact for external strategic partners; ensure milestones and contract requirements are met.
• Prepare concise weekly status reports, budget updates, and executive briefs for leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage partnerships, program lifecycles, track metrics, and improve tools and processes for team efficiency.
