• Engage directly with Senior stakeholders to sponsor strategic projects.
• Lead business analysis activity within complex strategic programmes, shaping options and making evidence-based recommendations.
• Translate institutional strategy into practical, deliverable outcomes.
• Advise senior leaders on feasibility, impact, benefits and risk.
• Take responsibility for BA work planning and the quality of outputs across the programme.
• Mentor and advise less experienced Business Analysts to build capability across the organisation.
• Support governance boards with high-quality analysis, insight and documentation.
