Job summary

Connect2Surrey is seeking a Programme Support Officer to provide essential support for the Children’s Social Care and CFLL Savings programmes. You will assist Senior Programme Managers and Project Managers with governance, planning, reporting and change control to ensure smooth delivery at the programme level.

You will coordinate meetings, manage documentation, records and logs, and support the team with logistics and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Support governance meetings: scheduling, minute taking and action tracking.
• Maintain programme plans, highlight reports and logging of issues, risks and changes.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, arrange rooms/equipment and manage attendance lists.
• Liaise across departments and with suppliers to respond to queries and requests.
• Assist in improving programme support processes and tools for best practice.
