You will work with Marketing, Technology, Data, Architecture and Operations to ensure complex programmes are delivered successfully, with governance, risk management and stakeholder engagement at the core.

• Proven experience leading large-scale change within complex organisations.
• Strong governance and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leaders.
• Experience delivering technology-enabled transformation with APIs, cloud and integrations.

• Lead strategic change and technology-enabled transformation across Customer & Marketing.
• Govern programme delivery, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
